Thank you very much for taking the time to find housing for Becky. We all appreciate your help in this task.
Your professionalism and calmness helped ground us in this very emotional time.
Signed on behalf of five family members
I wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you. Last spring, my father had a massive stroke and had been placed at an assisted living community in north Seattle. It seemed to be a fine facility, but we needed a living situation that would better meet our father's needs. That is where you came in. You quickly put together a short list of elder care facilities near us that you felt would be suitable, considering his diabetic care requirements.
As you may recall, at the top of your recommendation list was the adult family home in Kenmore, which I ultimately chose. My father is doing very well and has adjusted to his surroundings and caregivers. Our family is extremely impressed and pleased with the level of care and attention that he is given at this home. Given the situation, we could not be more pleased.
Last spring was a very difficult time, and the decision of where to place our father was trying, to say the least. Thank you for your assistance and excellent recommendations.
To Whom it May Concern,
My husband and I wish to express our gratitude for all the hard work and knowledgeable assistance that Kris provided over the last month.
We have been hunting for a senior retirement community to live in and needed to know what all our options were. Thanks to Kris we were able to narrow down our choices and pick the community best suited for us.
If I had a parent in need, Kris would be the first person I would look to. She has a total grasp of what needs to be done when a senior can no longer tend to their own well being. I called Kris when a friend of mine was having serious difficulties in Portland, and Kris provided some insight on how I could best help and advise. I was amazed at all the issues involved when a person has a stroke and is being cared for by the spouse at home. Kris certainly has the capability to take data and boil it down into meaningful decision making material.
I can't say enough about Kris's kindness. All older folks need someone to care for the problems and love them as people. Kris would be the first person I would recommend to a neighbor having senior issues.
